We have over 50 years experience impacting the lives of men and women.

BPO, Intl. was begun in 1991 with the purpose of being a target ministry for the local church in evangelism and discipleship. Phil and Karla Hardin bring a special focus to the continued growth and expansion of the original vision of BPO. Phil and Karla have more than 50 years of combined experience in ministry and both are licensed professional counselors. 

They believe that helping men and women understand their own story…including past wounds and trauma…is the key to healing and lasting change.
